Four Modalities, One Landscape

Forest Immersion

Slow, mindful walks through wooded trails. Participants engage all five senses — the scent of bark, the texture of moss, the sound of wind through branches.

Earthing Practice

Direct skin contact with natural ground surfaces — soil, sand, grass, or stone — conducted in designated outdoor areas with safety guidelines.

Cold Water Exposure

Controlled, brief immersion in natural cool water sources — creeks and shallow pools — always supervised and optional for every participant.

Sound Scapes

Listening circles featuring field recordings from local environments — wind, water, birdsong — combined with live ambient tones played on site.

Science Meets Stillness

Research on time spent in natural environments suggests benefits for attention, mood, and physiological markers of calm. Our modalities are informed by this body of work while remaining firmly recreational.

We do not offer clinical services, diagnoses, or therapeutic interventions. All sessions are educational outdoor experiences.
